Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941 the father of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. After 13 years of age, old, he relocated along with his parents into Casper located in western part of Wyoming in Wyoming, where his father ran the local soil conservation district to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
